CORE VALUE

The current pipeline report was designed for you to monitor the progress of the applications in your open jobs and check how the candidates are currently distributed in your pipeline.

WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

1) When you want to check if you are on track to closing your open jobs successfully

2) To find out, if the candidates are not spending more time on stages than you’ve expected

HOW TO USE IT?

Use the filters available in the upper right corner to choose the parameters of your report.

You can filter by:

  • Client (if you are using the CRM module)

  • Workflow

  • Job

  • Responsible user

  • Responsible user group

Date filter is not available in this report as it reflects the current situation in your jobs.

The number of the analyzed jobs will be presented at the top of the report:

You can view the data presented in the first section as a chart or as a table:

WHAT SECTIONS ARE INCLUDED IN IT?

Pipeline - summary

Get familiar with the number of candidates on particular stage types. Check how many of them are on the stage longer than expected due to the time limits you have set up in the workflow settings.

Pipeline per job

Candidates' pipeline breakdown into specific jobs. Check how many candidates are processed in open jobs (including their number on specific stages) and how many of them are on the stages longer than expected due to time limits set up in workflow settings.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW?

1) If you see undefined on the list of stage types, that means that not all the stages in your workflow were assigned to stage types. Find out HERE how to do it.

2) If you see this red icon next to the number of candidates - some of them are on this stage longer than you wanted to. Move your cursor to this icon to see the details. Read HERE how to set up time limits for particular stages.
