TRAFFIT reports allow you to analyze your processes and their performance. The reports are always up-to-date (with a maximum 30-minute delay necessary to process the data).
The reports analyze candidates in your jobs and unique applications.

What types of reports are available in TRAFFIT?
Allows you to find out how candidates are distributed in your pipeline at that moment. It's the perfect one to check if you are on track to closing your open jobs successfully.
Helps you to recognize the best-performing application sources (or websites, including UTM-s - for recruitment marketing campaigns) and use this knowledge to optimize your candidate acquisition strategy.
Analyses application handling and the KPIs of particular stages (like Time to Hire, Time to Offer, Time to Reject, Average time for the successful offer, etc.)
Gives you detailed insights into the stages candidates were moved to in a defined time range and potential bottlenecks of your processes.
Job posts performance
Allows you to find out which job posts were leading in attracting the best candidates and at what stages are the candidates acquired through job postings at the moment.
Listing the rejection and resignation reasons with their correlation to application sources and stages, where candidates were rejected at.
These reports combined give you great knowledge about the areas for improvements in your recruitment processes!
How to use reports in TRAFFIT?
To enter the Reports tab, you need to have permission to do that. You will see the Reports icon in the main menu if you do.
Click on the icon and choose the report you want to generate from the list of reports explained in the previous section.
When entering a report, you will see the last 30 days' performance, but you can manipulate the Date filter to check the data for a different time range.
You have a wide variety of filters available in every report, including:
Job Responsible user
Job Responsible user group
Date - (application date, transition date, job post creation date - depending on the report)
Application type (candidates who applied vs candidates assigned manually)
Moved by (user)
Client (if CRM enabled)
Some data has information icons explaining the logic of a particular part of the report:
Exporting reports to .XLS
If you want to export the report you are browsing to an .XLS file, just use the Export to .XLS button in the right, upper corner of the report:
The file will be immediately downloaded to your device.
The name of the downloaded file will include the name of the exported report and the date and time of the export (e.g. Rejections_12-03-2023_09-13) - so that if several reports were exported, they will be easy to differentiate.
The exported file will include charts (table version) and tables - excluding the sum for columns. Each table will go into a separate sheet.
The first sheet of the downloaded file will contain information about the filters used in the exported report.

How to guarantee detailed and high-quality data?
To be sure that TRAFFIT reports are detailed and reflect your processes properly, fill in the following information in your workflow settings (Settings --> Hiring workflow):
Set up the maximum time (in days) you want the candidates to spend in a specific stage of your process.
To do that, click on the pencil icon next to the stage in your workflow and type in the number of days in the Time limit (days) field:
You can also add your own stage types to the existing list. This can be done in Settings --> Dictionaries --> Stage types.
Save changes to continue.
Assign the stages of your workflow to one of the stage types available on the list.
This way, every stage with the same meaning from different workflows will be merged into one stage type in reports.
To do that, click on the pencil icon next to the stage in your workflow and choose the matching type in the Stage type field:

What else you should know?
AND logic is applied between filters an OR logic is applied between values in the filters.
All hiring statistics take into account only those applications for which the candidate ended his participation in the process at the Hired stage. In case the candidate was moved to any of the previous stages after being hired, this activity will not be included:
in the Stage details report,
when counting Time to Hire,
in the recruitment funnel chart.
All reports can be exported to an .XLS file.
