Creating SMS templates is similar to creating e-mail templates.

To add a new template, go to Settings --> Email/SMS templates and click on SMS templates:

Click on the blue Add template button:

Fill in:

  • the template name

  • category (obligatory)

  • content

The blue box on the right allows you to personalized elements to the content of the SMS message:

You can add:

  • candidate data

  • job data

  • client data (only when the CRM module is turned on)

  • contact person info (only when the CRM module is turned on)

  • user data

  • link to your Scheduler

When you’re done, click Save. If the Save button is inactive, some of the obligatory information is missing.
